Most builders place signs on their project sites, but they typically feature nothing more than their logo, contractor license number, and sometimes their phone number. To us, these signs represented a huge branding opportunity. We saw them as outdoor boards that could raise awareness of the Mediterraneo brand, and influence potential customers that wander or drive by a project site.

We’ve had numerous reports of spontaneous laughter, crews have received appreciative comments at their sites and, most importantly, bid requests have been attributed directly to the signs themselves. Best of all, as partners Troy Turvey and Brian Emery will tell you, the signs have had a direct impact on their bottom line.
