Sports Habitat set itself apart from other sports websites by focusing on the everyday athlete and individual performance, rather than professional sports, statistics and news.

To address this departure, our launch print campaign spoke in a confident, self-directed tone; focusing on self-improvement and love for one’s sport. Print ads appealed to readers on this level, and introduced them to the primary content areas of the website through a typographical design element. Before launch, the group was acquired by a competitor.
